About SagaLeaf

We build productivity tools for people who want to stay organised without feeling overwhelmed.

The idea behind SagaLeaf

Most productivity tools are either too complicated or too bland. You get a PDF that looks like a spreadsheet, or a beautifully designed journal that doesn't actually help you think. We wanted something different — tools that are genuinely useful and look good doing it.

SagaLeaf started with one question: what would a productivity planner look like if it was built for the way students and busy women actually live? Not the idealised version — the real one, with shifting deadlines, changing priorities, and days that don't go to plan.

We also believe AI should be at the centre of how we work, not bolted on as an afterthought. That's why SagaLeaf is building a free AI tool alongside its products — one that creates a personalised plan for you before you ever buy anything.

What we stand for

  • Calm over clutter

Every product starts with a simple question: does this reduce stress or add to it? If it doesn't genuinely help, it doesn't ship.

  • AI at the core

Not a gimmick — AI shapes how we build every tool and product. The goal is to make thoughtful productivity accessible to everyone.

  • Built for the long term

SagaLeaf is an 18–24 month brand build, not a quick revenue play. We'd rather do fewer things well than ship mediocre products fast.

The team

A small husband-and-wife team building something we'd actually use.

  • Johnson

    Builder, Strategy & Tech

Builds the site, the AI integrations, and everything that runs under the hood. Focused on making SagaLeaf technically solid without losing the brand feel.

  • Co-founder

    Daily Ops, Social & Design

Manages day-to-day operations, social scheduling, and provides design input that keeps SagaLeaf grounded in what the audience actually wants.
