Privacy Policy
SagaLeaf ("we", "us") sells digital products at sagaleaf.ai. We keep data collection to a minimum — you can browse the site without giving us anything.
What we collect
- Newsletter / contact: if you subscribe or email us, we store your email address (managed via Brevo) to send you the updates or reply you asked for.
- Purchases: digital products are sold and paid through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process your payment and we never see your card information. We keep our own record of each order — your name, email address, what you bought and the amount — so we can support you, handle refunds, and keep accurate accounts.
- Personalised 12-Week Plan: if you order one, we store your first name and the answers you type into the form (your situation, goals, available time and what gets in your way) until your plan is emailed. They are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the plan, which is then emailed to you as a PDF through Brevo. We delete your answers once the plan is sent: a record of that run, including your answers and plan, is kept for up to an hour, or up to 3 days if delivery fails so we can fix it. If you never complete checkout, your answers are deleted within 30 days.
- Personalised Exam-Prep Plan: if you order one, we store your first name and the answers you type into the form (what you are studying for, your exam subjects and dates, available time and what you find hardest) until your plan is emailed. They are handled exactly as for the 12-Week Plan above: sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the plan, emailed to you as a PDF through Brevo, and deleted once the plan is sent, with a record of that run kept for up to an hour, or up to 3 days if delivery fails. If you never complete checkout, your answers are deleted within 30 days.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- Feature requests: the request form at /request uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We store what you write, but the form does not ask for your name, email or phone number — please don't include personal details in your message.
What we don't do
- No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on Lemon Squeezy (payments & order fulfilment), Brevo (email), Cloudflare (hosting & cookieless analytics), and Anthropic's Claude API (which powers the free AI planner and writes personalised plans). Each only handles data needed to provide its part of the service.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email, or ask us to delete your details by emailing hello@sagaleaf.ai.
