5 printables — one semester sorted
Each sheet does one job, and they work better together.
- 01Semester OverviewTwelve weeks on one sheet — deadlines, exams and everything else — plus the three heaviest weeks and what to bring forward.
- 02Class ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9 to 7, with space for rooms, tutors and office hours, and the free blocks worth protecting for study.
- 03Assignment TrackerEvery assignment with module, due date, weight, and started and submitted columns, plus clashes to plan around.
- 04Weekly Study PlannerA seven-day grid from morning to late, with top priorities and what carries over to next week.
- 05Grade TrackerEvery assessment with its weight and mark, your target grade, and where marks are still winnable.
How the five sheets work through a term
Each sheet has a moment when it earns its place. Here is when.
Week one: an hour with your syllabi
Copy every deadline, exam and fixed commitment onto the semester overview, one row per week. Then circle the three heaviest weeks and write what you will start earlier to lighten them. On the class schedule, mark lectures and labs, then the free blocks worth protecting for study.
Every Sunday: ten minutes
Look at the next two rows of the overview, then fill the weekly study planner: top priorities first, then the day grid from morning to late. Rate how full the week honestly is before you add anything, and carry unfinished work into next week rather than letting it vanish.
Whenever work is set or handed in
Add it to the assignment tracker with its module, due date and weight, and tick "started" the day you begin. An unticked "started" on a heavy piece three weeks out is the early warning the tracker exists for.
When marks come back
Log each mark and its weight on the grade tracker. The gap to your target grade shows where marks are still winnable, which is where the second half of term deserves your effort.

Common questions
- Is this printable or digital?
- Both. It is one PDF you can print at home or write on in GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF app on an iPad. US Letter and A4 versions are both included.
- Is it dated?
- No. The semester overview runs by week number (W1 to W12), so it works for any term, semester or quarter, in any year.
- Can I print more than one copy?
- Yes. It is licensed for your personal use, so print as many copies as you need, for example a fresh weekly planner every week.
- Do I need the whole kit or just one sheet?
- The sheets work best together: the overview finds the busy weeks, the weekly planner schedules around them, and the trackers keep score. If you only want bound weekly pages, the Student Academic Planner may suit you better.
